Seattle, WA – April 6, 2021 – Rainier Partners announced that is has acquired a majority interest in Calpine Containers, Inc., and its subsidiaries (“Calpine”) in partnership with members of the company’s management team. Headquartered in Clovis, CA, Calpine is one of the largest West Coast packaging distributors serving the agriculture industry. Rainier’s investment will help Calpine accelerate growth while maintaining its focus on quality, reliability, and customer service.
